保安员都是来自五湖四海,因地域、语言、风俗及家庭背景不同,因而造就了各自不同的生活习惯、思想方式、性格特点,产生了不同的人生观、价值观。 现在,每天都会有新队员加入到我们保安行列中来,他们面临的首要问题就是对新环境及新工作的陌生和胆怯。
